paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which

Work Description:
Work under this Contract consists of, but is not limited to:
Crushing, blending, hauling and stockpiling 12.5mm Aggregate in
pit at km 834.5, on the Alaska Highway, BC. Drawing
R.017174.054-01 shows pit location. Drawing R.017173.054-02
shows haul distance quantities and pile descriptions.

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

Delivery Date:
Work is to be completed by March 20, 2013.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
500,000.00 to 550,000.00.

Firms intending to submit tenders for this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX services
provider. Addenda when issued will be available from the MERX
services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
calling authority on their intention to bid. In all cases,
bidders must indicate (when requested) on the tender form the
identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have
taken into consideration for their bid submission.
