Project Description: PSPC on behalf of DFO has a requirement to design the replacement of the roof and canopy materials, HVAC system and perimeter caulking at the Canadian Coast Guard Base in Stephenville, NL. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-152290 for Architecture and Interior Design Services. The invited firms qualified under the A2 discipline for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador are: Turner Fleischer Architects Inc., Root architecture inc., Lydon Lynch Architects Ltd., Architecture49 Inc., Duffus Romans Kundzins Rounsefell Ltd., Gibbons Snow Architects Inc., and Stantec Architecture Ltd. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English.
