Summary
1. The Statement of work is as follows:
a. Carry out the design, construction, test, trial and
delivery of a 5.1 to 5.3 meter aluminium jet boat, for RCMP,
for delivery in december 2013, in accordance with the associated
Technical Specifications detailed in the Statement of Work and
Project Management Services attached as Annexes A and H. For any
specifications, drawings, test sheets, annexes and appendices
not included in this document, bidders are requested to contact
the Contracting Authority identified in the bid solicitation.

b. Jet Boats are used extensively as auxiliary
craft for Government Service vessels, as well as operating
independently to carry out various program-related activities
from shore-based facilities and trailers.

c. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)."

2. To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in
paragraph a. above.

To obtain a full copy of the Statement of Work Annex A, AND the
Technical Rated Evaluation sheets for the Preliminary Drawing
Package, Annex J, Bidders must request the Package in writing
from the Contracting Authority in Part 7, article 4.3.
