Title:
To design a pilot that will test the best combination of supports to assist Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) beneficiaries who would like to attempt to return to work.
Description of the Requirement:
The purpose of this contract is to develop the design for the CPPD return-to-work pilot.
Key deliverables:
A detailed work plan that includes a critical path with timelines and approval steps;
A cross-jurisdictional literature review identifying the most effective return-to-work supports for persons who receive disability benefits but wish to attempt a return to the labour force;
Stakeholder consultations to ensure that clients and other stakeholders provide insights for consideration in the design of the pilot;
A design framework for the pilot to test existing and new return-to-work supports to facilitate the gathering of evidence;
A data strategy to identify appropriate metrics and related data requirements to monitor the pilot, and ultimately to evaluate its effectiveness in achieving objectives.
Contribute to the development of necessary database(s) for analyzing pilot data;
Develop risk mitigation strategies to address challenges; and
Provide training and all communication materials required for pilot project implementation.
