Correctional Service of Canada, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, in
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan has a requirement for the supply,
delivery, and installation of one (1) walk-in freezer as
identified in the solicitation document.
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
site visit to be held by appointment only on January 9th &
10th, 2014 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. The
mandatory site visit will be held at Correctional Service of
Canada, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, West of 20th Avenue, West on
15th Street, East Prince Albert, Sasktachewan. Bidders must
communicate with the Technical Authority Tammy Guthrie at
306-765-8132 in order to make an appointment and provide the
names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required
to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm in their bids
that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not
attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.
NOTE - Bidders who participated in the Mandatory Site Visit on
Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. under solicitation
21520-139102/A do not have to attend this site visit.
All costs associated with the Mandatory Site Visit is the
responsibility of the Bidder.
