1.2 Requirement
Fleet Maintenance Facility - Cape Breton (FMFCB) requires the parts listed in Annex A Statement of Requirement, for installation on board Halifax Class Frigates. It is essential that all equipment on the Frigates maintain conformity with previous vessels in class for training and standardization. The electronic suite is comprised of the items in Annex A. The delivery of goods in full is required 17 December 2019.
1.3 Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
1.4 Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
