The Canada Border Services Agency has a need for 2 Quality Assurance Specialist/Analysts – Level 3 to conduct a QA workshops to assist with the definition of processes and procedures related to Hewlett Packard (HP) Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). The scope of this project is to understand CBSA’s needs, resulting in a written recommendation that will highlight the best approach for the configuration and implementation of the tool set. This workshop will be conducted to gain an understanding of the current QA/Test tools usage and process and provide recommendations for best practices to optimize the use of HP ALM and other automated test tools, as well as optimize the QA processes.
