Description of the work:
The objective of this contract is to engage a Change Management Consultant - Level 3 to develop an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ITIL Service Management Framework and to Provide Implementation Support to the Canada Schoolof Public Service (CSPS). The consultant will assess the current state of application service management within the Solutions (Application Development and Database Management Team) division of the Canada School of Public Service (hereafter referred to as the “School”) and subsequently, for the consultant to develop a single integrated ITIL Service Management Framework for the School’s application environment.
