Nature of Requirement
Public Services and Procurement Canada requires the services of a Contractor to conduct an objective and comprehensive strategic assessment of an Integrated Business Plan. This includes in-depth analysis, making recommendations to improve the Integrated Business Plan, related capacity, outcomes management framework and priorities identified to deliver the desired outcomes, with respect to strengthening the HR-to-Pay system.
One contract will be awarded for an initial period of eight (8) weeks with an irrevocable option to extend the period of the contract by two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. Work is expected to take 8 weeks after contract award to complete.
