This request for proposal is to supply and deliver to the
Department of National Defence (DND) Night Order Book CF854 to
DND in Montreal (QC) and in Edmonton (AB). Quantity of 50,000 +
5 Samples.
Delivery MUST be by March 27, 2015. Contract expires April 8,
2015
There is no security requirements associated with this
requirement.
As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003, bidders must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional
information on the Integrity Provisions.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required
information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid
solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies
and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs) are not
applicable to this procurement.
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
