Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Consultant Services for Hazard and Environmental Aspect Identification, Halifax, NS and Victoria, BC.In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer Agreement to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements located across Canada, however, the majority of the work will be in Halifax, NS and Victoria, BC.The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select one (1) firm, with the highest total scores, who will sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $300,000.00 for a period of one (1) year from the date of the SOA establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to four (4) additional one year period each and increased in the order of $200,000.00 for each additional period or when the SOA reaches its maximum estimated value, whichever occurs first.Call-ups are expected to be valued between $30,000 and $40,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $75,000.
