Title: Sikanni Maintenance Camp - Biocell and Phytocell
Construction

Location: Sikanni Chief, Km 254, Alaska Highway, BC

Note to Tenderers:
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract covers the construction of
both the Soil Treatment Facility (STF) and the Phyto Treatment
Facility (PTF) at the Sikanni Maintenance Camp, Km 254, Alaska
Highway, BC.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Mandatory Site Visit:
There will be a MANDATORY Site Visit scheduled on Thursday,
October 18th, 2012 at 2:00pm local time, at the Sikanni
Maintenance Camp, Km 254, Alaska Highway, BC. Bidders shall
pre-register with the Contracting Authority by calling (604)
658-2755 to express their intent to attend the site visit. A
maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder will be permitted
at the Site Visit. The Site Visit for this project is
MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to
sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids
submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet
will not be accepted.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed on or before March 31st, 2013.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost around
$300,000.00.

(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
