D-31 native building construction, D-04 building demolition, various related work, la Macaza institution, Quebec
The work covered by this contract includes the construction of a new building (D31), the dismantling of the D04 building and site redevelopment work. This work is to be done at the La Macaza penitentiary establishment.
The main works included in the project are: the construction of a new building of approximately 665 square meters (wood structure), the dismantling of the D04 building thereafter and a new site layout to add paved passageways, lampposts, a baseball field, an ice rink and other site amenities.
There will be an optional site visit on April 11, 2018 at 9:30.
Contractors who wish to attend the bidders' visit must complete the form "SCC-1279", sign it and send it with a copy of their driver's license 5 working days before the date of the visit to: I••••••••@•••••••.••.ca. Interested bidders must present themselves at 321 Airport Road, La Macaza, QC, J0T 1R0.
