Requirement:
Grasslands National Park requires a contractor to perform all work associated with the construction of the Campground Comfort Station building, installation of the water treatment system, installation of the blackwater tank and the construction of associated building parking and road access. See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.
Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Rock Creek Campground – 16 kms west of Highway #2, west of Killdeer, East Block, Grasslands National Park, on April 26, 2017. The site visit will begin at 1:00pm (CST). Bidders are to meet at the McGowan Visitor Centre.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
