TITLE: Breakwater Construction, Grosse-Île, Magdalen Island
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Breakwater Construction Work of Grosse-Ile fishing Harbour in the Magdalen Island comprises, but is not limited to:
- Partial demolition of breakwaters and the reuse of materials in new works.
- Dredging of a sector of the exclusion zone and the use of geotextile membranes to dry dredged sediments
- Dredging work east of the small breakwater and reuse of excavated material for recharging the exclusion zone
- Disposal of demolition materials that cannot be reused in the new works.
- Supply and installation of 5.4 mt and 3.6 mt Dolosse and various stones sizes and reuse of existing stone for the repair and extension of the offshore breakwater and the extension of the east breakwater.
- Supplyand installation of plastic sheathing for the new fender system of concrete wharf no 401.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder must enclose bid security with its bid.
PERIOD OF WORK
Work must be completed by March 31st, 2017.
