REQUIREMENT:
Construction of garage at Tunnel Mountain Operations Complex. Installation of Utility Connections, construction of foundation & Construction of garage building.
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $ 250,000, Taxes extra.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be an Optional site visit on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM (MDT). Interested bidders are to meet at the Tunnel Mountain Campground Village 2 entrance kiosk, Tunnel Mountain Road, Banff, AB.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority (Annie Roy - a••••••••@••.••.ca) no later than Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 10:00 AM (MDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT:
The period of the Contract is from contract award date to March 1, 2019 inclusive.
