Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
Environmental Services (ES) on behalf of the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police (RCMP) is to manage the upgrade of the above
ground petroleum storage tank system at the RCMP Detachment in
Sandy Bay, Saskatchewan.
The scope of work to be completed by the Contractor includes the
construction of a concrete tank pad as well as the supply and
installation of a new 9,100 L double walled, steel above ground
storage tank system for gasoline that shall include as a minimum
a pumping system including new pump, piping, dispensing cabinet
and all necessary fittings, above ground piping from tank to
dispenser, bollards, security fence, electrical, spill kits,
fire extinguishers, and relocations of signage.
All work is to be completed in accordance with specification and
in compliance with all relevant codes, guidelines, standards
criteria, Acts and regulations.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
