SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:
The work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for a new house construction in Terra Nova National Park, NL, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
Carry out electrical and mechanical work in accordance with the latest edition of the Electrical
and Plumbing codes of Canada. Specifications related to the electrical and mechanical requirements associated with this project are included on the drawings.
In general, work under this contract consists of construction of a new wood frame house, complete with finishes.
