Work under this Standing Offer includes the supply of all
labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and
supervision necessary to provide renovations, maintenance,
repairs and general construction services for the Department of
National Defence (DND) Cold Lake, Alberta on an "as and when
requested" basis.
It is anticipated up to three Standing Offers may be issued as a
result of this Request for Standing Offer. The Standing Offer
will be issued for a term of three (3) years. The total
expenditures over the term is estimated at $3,622,500.00
(GST/HST included). .
This requirement contains a Security Clearance Requirement.
Contractor(s) must be cleared to Reliability Status.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.
Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2006
(2012-11-19), Bidders must submit the following as part of their
bid.
A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder.
This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4
for details and 5 of the RFSO for details.
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
