1. The Statement of Work is as follows:
a. To carry out the design, construction, test, trial and
delivery of one (1) 4.9 m ALUMINIUM JET BOAT with trailer, for
the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canada, in accordance
with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the
Statement of Work, Project Management Services and
Inspection/Quality Assurance/Quality Control attached as Annexes
A, C and D.
b. To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in
paragraph a. above.
For specifications, drawings, test sheets, annexes and
appendices, bidders must contact the Contracting Authority
identified in the bid solicitation.
2. Delivery/Work Period
Delivery of the boats, and all other deliverables required by
the contract, is desired at destination on or before 14 October
2014.
3. Optional Goods and/or Services
The Bidder must grant to Canada the irrevocable option to
acquire one (1) 4.9 m ALUMINIUM JET BOAT with trailer, as
described at Annex A of the Contract under the same conditions
and at the prices quoted by the Bidder. The option may only be
exercised by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced,
for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.
The Contracting Authority may exercise the option at any time
before 31 March 2015 by sending a written notice to the
Contractor.
4. Submission of Bids
Bids must be submitted only to Public Works and Government
Services Canada (PWGSC) Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and
place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.
5. Enquiries - Bid Solicitation
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting
Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid
closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be
answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
