The Department of National Defence owns a Cat 3516 diesel
generator that is currently fitted in a 40 foot ISO container.
This ISO container currently does not meet the safety
requirement for use at sea onboard a naval ship.
This Requirement requires the removal of a Cat 3516 diesel and
generator set from a 40 foot ISO container. The diesel generator
set is then required to be set in a new 30 foot ISO container
suitable for use at sea.
The requirement is fully detailed in Annex A Statement of
Requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
