1, 2013
Starting June 1, 2013, federal government tenders (tender
notices and bid solicitation documents) will be published and
available free of charge on a Government of Canada Web site on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and
amendments will be on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
On June 1, 2013, suppliers must go to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders

There is a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer
(RISO) for the provision of custom manufactured Hazardous Waste
collection receptacles, spill trays and other related products
and to provide support with repair and maintenance parts and
on-site repair service of products as required for the
Department of National Defence including the British Army
Training Unit (BATUS) at Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston,
Alberta.
Standing offer is requested for two (2) years with two (2) one
(1) year options to extend.
Offerors must submit a list of names , or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
