CANCELLATION IFB-NCIA-NCHQ-14-14

Following the Budget Committee decision under reference OCB(2014)0043 900.14/185, limited authority has been granted to contract for ISAF requirements in 2015. In addition, authorization has been granted to extend current arrangements on a sole source basis. Therefore, the competition for IFTS capability is deferred and will be advertised later on in accordance with the additional guidance to be provided by the Nations.
