The objective of this requirement is to generate a preventive maintenance contract for the two Parker Balston N2-80 nitrogen generators located in room A410 of the Sir Frederick G. Banting Research Centre (Ottawa, ON). The contract must provide options to carry out the maintenance outlined in SOW section 3.1 for the two N2 generators during the 2022-23 fiscal year as well as options to carry out the same maintenance (for one or both N2 generators) for an additional 4 years.
