MANDATORY SITE VISIT
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.
Arrangements have been made for a site visit to be held on March
31, 2015 at 9:00am.
Bidders are to meet at the main entrance of Building B-18
(Champlain Ave.) CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick. Bidders
must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than
three (3) day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.
Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the
site visit.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected
as non-compliant.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

The Work covered under this Service Contract comprises the
furnishing of all supervision, labour, material, tools and
equipment required to provide inspections, maintenance and
repairs on Pressure Vessels listed in Annex A Pressure Vessel
Inventory, various buildings at 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, New
Brunswick; as specified herein.
The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years)
for this opportunity is within the following cost category:
$1,000,000 - $2,500,000. Bid security is not a requirement for
this tender.
