Description of the Requirement:
The Project and Construction Management Services (PCMS) requires the service of two Project Monitor with experience in the monitoring and coordination of construction contractors on commercial/industrial construction sites.
This work would include supervision and monitoring of construction projects, including a focus on: safety; quality of materials and workmanship; conformance to applicable codes and regulations; monitoring project schedules; overseeing and liaising with various sub-contractors on site; interfacing with PSPC Project Managers and other project stakeholders.

Proposed period of contract:
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to May 31, 2018 inclusive.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to (40) forty day option period(s) under the same terms and conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 220 Days.
