Nature of Requirements:
Title : Acquisition of controller for an Instron mechanical test
bed
(a) Description :
The Canadian Space Agency is looking to make the acquisition of
a new controller and software for an Instron mechanical test
bed. The needed controller and software must meet the technical
specifications stated at annex A, Statement of Requirements.
(b) Deliverables :
The contract deliverables are :
1 load cell, 10 kN
1 load cell, 50 kN
1 control software (must be in French or in English)
1 controller
Installation of the system
Respect of technical specifications and proper functioning
demonstration
One year of maintenance and support
(c) Delivery period :
All the deliverables goods including the installation and the
demonstration must be received/completed at Canadian Space
Agency - St-Hubert site within 12 weeks of contract award.
(d) Contract period
From contract award date until 1 year after the acceptance of
the deliverables goods.
(e) Trade agreements :
The Canadian Space Agency is excluded from the trade agreements

English / Ce bureau de TPSGC fournit des services d'achat au

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
