The contractor will be responsible for the coordination of the collection of data and samples from harvested beluga in Nunavik. This includes the preparation and distribution of sampling kits, communication and outreach with the 14 Nunavik communities, coordination of sample shipping and payments to hunters, and tooth analysis.
