The Department of National Defence (DND), 8 Air Communications
and Control Squadron (ACCS), located at 8 Wing Trenton, Trenton,
Ontario has the requirement for a Contractor to provide VMWare
Computer Training course as per Annex "A", Statement of Work,
attached herein.

The period of the Contract will be from award to 31 March 2016.
Training will not take place before January 11, 2016, but must
be completed by the 12th of March, 2016.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrecovacable option to
extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional oen
(1) year period (s) under the same conditions. The Contract
agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will
be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out
in the Basis of Payment.

It is the intention of PWGSC to award one (1) contract for this
request.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
