This is a Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) for the provision of Soft Skills Development Courses (content and instructor), to the Office of the Auditor General of Canada (the “OAG”) and upon request to the provincial Auditor General Offices (see Section 2.4). These services are comprised of five (5) separate and distinct Service Delivery Streams (“Stream”): Stream 1—Leadership, Stream 2—Communication and Interpersonal Skills; Stream 3—People Management; Stream 4—Working with others; and Stream 5—Personal Productivity for a three (3) year period with possible options to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
The OAG will consider entering into Standing Offer Agreements (“SOA”) with Proponents that provide the best valued services, determined as described within this RFSO. The OAG will consider entering into SOAs with three (3) qualified organisations to provide the services.
