Nature of Requirements:
All-Terrain Vehicle Instructor Training Course, Yellowknife, NT.
Department of National Defence (DND), Junior Canadian Rangers
Program, 1 CRPG HQ Yellowknife, NT has a requirement for an All
Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Instructor Course to be held in
Yellowknife, NT for the following time frames:
1. June 3, 2013 to June 7, 2013, maximum 8 participants;
2. June 2, 2014 to June 6, 2014, maximum 8 participants;
3. June 1, 2015 to June 5, 2015, maximum 8 participants.
The main purpose of the course is to prepare DND instructor
candidates to teach ATV Courses, a program created and
distributed by the Canada Safety Council (CSC). This course
will be given to the Junior Canadian Ranger Instructors, who
will in turn, instruct the Junior Canadian Rangers in a safe and
responsible use of ATVs.
This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
