To establish a contract on behalf of Environment Canada (EC),
Meteorogolical Services of Canada, located at Downsview,
Ontario. The Contract is for the supply, manufacture and
delivery of three (3) Slewing Ring Bearings and associated parts
based on the "build-to-print" drawing package on an "as and when
requested" basis.
The replacement bearings are required by EC in support and use
in the NRP RADAR network antenna system and is fully compatible
with the existing hardware.
All deliverables must be delivered twenty (20) weeks after
receipt of contract award.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.
The Basis of Selection will be based on the lowest-priced
responsive bid.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
