Description of the Requirement:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is entering a period where the department is undertaking several large real property initiatives and is considering a P3 model for the delivery of some. The Finance and Administration Branch (FAB) will play a key role in costing evaluations and financial advice. P3 expertise in FAB is low and outside experience is required to complement the Branch’s capabilities.
The scope of the work is to assist the Senior Director of the National Financial Management Advisory for Real Property in the costing and financial management of large-scale real property (including P3) projects within the department, as well provide strategic guidance to senior management on the administration of the Treasury Board Submission process for these projects.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award date to 18 months thereafter with a possibility of One (1) year option period with the same terms and conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 320 days with a possibility of an additional 240 days option period
