Requirement:
This requirement is to procure "Vacuum Jugs" for the Department
of National Defence, in accordance with the NATO Stock Number
(NSN) identified in Annex A or an equivalent product.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Delivery:
All firm deliverables are to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec
and Edmonton, Alberta.
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
