The Department of National Defence (DND) 17 Wing Winnipeg has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for service work for the instrumentation throughout its CT-142 Dash-8 aircraft. The service work includes, but is not limited to, inspection, repair, overhaul, modification and reducing to spares.
The initial Standing Offer period will be from the date of issuance to March 31, 2019. The requirement includes three option periods of one year each.
