This notice is being issued as the perpetual Notice for Supply
Arrangement (SA) E6VIC-140003.
This Perpetual Notice invites additional suppliers to submit
arrangements to become pre-qualified Suppliers under the terms
and conditions of E6VIC-140003 until 31 March 2015.

This is a request for Supply Arrangements (SA) be developed and
submitted to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
for the supply and delivery of construction lumber and related
basic wood materials to various Federal Government Departments
and Agencies located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Supply Arrangements are non-binding agreements between PWGSC (on
behalf of other government departments) and suppliers to provide
a range of Goods or services on an "as and when requested"
basis. Through the Supply Arrangement process, PWGSC establishes
a list of pre-qualified suppliers from which Federal Government
Departments and Agencies can solicit firm pricing on specific
requirements. Supply Arrangements include a set of predetermined
terms and conditions that will apply to any subsequent contract.
The period for awarding contracts under the SA will be from the
date of issuance of the SA to March 31, 2015 with the option to
extend the SA for an additional two (2) periods of one (1) year
each under the same conditions.
Estimated total yearly expenditure is CAD $250,000.00 including
Applicable Taxes for all products and delivery zones. Estimated
usage indicated herein is for information purposes only.
Issuance of a Supply Arrangement does not guarantee a supplier
will receive subsequent contracts.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
At anytime, a supplier has an opportunity to qualify for a
Supply Arrangement by submitting an Arrangement.
Suppliers must provide a list of names, or other associated
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2008.
This Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) office
provides procurement services to the public in English.

It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained
and addressed in the submitted arrangement.
Suppliers intending to submit arrangements should obtain
solicitation documents from the Government Electronic Tendering
System (GETS) at
https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders. Addenda, when
issued, will be available on GETS. Suppliers basing their
submissions on solicitation documents obtained from other
sources do so at their own risk.
