This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Library and Archives Canada for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
(a) Bidders must propose one (1) representative resource for the following resource category under TSPS Stream 2. Business Consulting / Change Management:
- 2.1 Business Analyst (level 2)
(b) One (1) representative resource in the resource category 2.1 Business Analyst (level 2) will be evaluated. Additional resources will be assessed at the time that specific task authorizations (TAs) are issued to the contractor subsequent to contract award. When a TA is issued by Library and Archives Canada (LAC), the contractor will be requested to propose resources to satisfy the specific requirement.
(c) It is intended to award one contract for a one (1) year period, plus an irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year period.
