Statistics Canada has a requirement for the supply, installation and integration of a fully functional AV System (and unmounting the existing system) to host an upwards of thirty-five (35) events per year hosting International, Federal, Provincial and Territorial partners to meetings that include physical accommodations and interpretation in Ottawa, Ontario as described at Annex A - Statement of Requirement and Annex B - Pricing List. The requirement includes an option to purchase a video wall as described in Annex A - Statement of Requirement.
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
This requirement is for the Supply and Install of Audio Video equipment at Tunney’s Pasture for completion by November 30,2022
A mandatory site visit will be held August 17, 2022 and requests to attend must be submitted by August 16, 2022 by 2pm.
