Project Description: PSPC on behalf of DFO-SCH has a requirement to evaluate and design options for the replacement and/or enhancement of structures 301/601, 303/406, and 304 at Skinners Pond Small Craft Harbour. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Marine discipline for the province of Prince Edward Island are: Harbourside Engineering Consultants, GEMTEC, WSP Canada Inc. and SHM Canada Consulting Ltd.
