There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will begin at 31 Shirley Blvd., Ottawa, ON on May 3rd, 2023 at 10:00 AM EDT. The visit will be accompanied by a facility escort.
