Full description

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a service agreement with a qualified service provider(s) to establish and operate a Technical Resource Centre (Centre), and deliver funding under the Sector Transformation Fund and Community-Based Tenant Initiative.
The initial term of this service agreement is expected to be for 5 years, with the option to renew at CMHC’s discretion for an additional term of 5 years.The annual value of this service agreement is expected to range from $11.9 million decreasing to $3 million, including all applicable taxes.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on March 16, 2018.
