The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified proponents capable of providing Event Planning and Management Services in Canada and United States (“US”).Business Events Canada (“BEC”) is a division of DC that generates demand, in collaboration with our partners, for international meetings, conventions, and incentive travel to Canada. BEC’s partners include federal departments, provincial and city destination marketing organizations, convention centres, and hotels and resorts.
