AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. This RFI will remain active until January 29, 2024. Respondents are encouraged to engage in ongoing dialogue with PSPC early, and submit feedback as often as required. Responses may be submitted in parts or in full, and at any time during the period of this RFI.
The objectives of this RFI: a. Allow PSPC the opportunity to solicit information from industry, prior to the finalization and issuance of an RFP;
b. Allow industry to provide feedback and recommendations regarding the requirement described in the proposed Draft RFP at Attachment 1, and any issues that would impact their ability to fulfill the request;
c. Allow industry the opportunity to review the proposed Draft RFP at Attachment 1 and engage in ongoing dialogue with PSPC to negotiate its terms and conditions;
d. Assist PSPC in finalizing an RFP that allows industry to submit bids under mutually agreed upon terms and conditions.
