Verification
Pursuant to section GI01 of the General Instructions to Bidders
R2710T, the bidders must submit the following as part of their
bid:
a. a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder and
b. a properly completed and signed consent form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list. The form

Work Description:
Work under this Contract includes the topping of obstacle trees
in the work areas as shown in the plans and specifications.
Flag trees for topping in the field, PWGSC will provide
direction if they are within the riparian zone.
Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within twelve (12) weeks of contract award.
Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between $150,000 and $250,000.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX service
provider. Addenda, when issued will be available from the MERX
service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the
tender calling authority of their intention to bid. In all
cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space
provided on the tender form the identification number(s) of the
addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for
their bid.
