The Department of National Defence has the requirement for the
furnishing of all labour, material, equipment, tools, and
supervision required to have the fence lines, roadways, and
antennas cleared of brush at Mill Cove.
The scope is to have fence lined cleared of brush 6' on the
outside and 10' on the inside. Fence line is 3.44 kilometers
long. Bigger brush to be removed or chipped. Swamp areas to be
cleared as best possible.
Main road way cleared of brush where the fence line starts
leading up to the main gate of the building from shoulder off
road to fence line both sides. Bigger brush to be removed or
chipped.
All access roads leading up to antennas cleared of brush 6' on
each side of roadways. Bigger brush to be removed or chipped.
To have all antennas cleared of brush from guy line anchor point
to guy line anchor points which includes under the antennas.
These antennas are all in the main compound. Bigger brush to be
removed or chipped.
