The Department of National Defence has a requirement for
permanent, pressure sensitive adhesive backed decals used for
the Damage Control information and safety signage in Canadian
Navy ships.
Quantity:
Eighty-one (81) different types of Decals for a total of 21,165
decals in total must be delivered to Victoria, BC and Halifax,
NS.
All deliverables are to be received on or before ninety (90)
calendar days after contract award.
The period of the Contract is from award of Contract to August
31, 2012.
One (1) copy only of the technical data package, DAMAGE CONTROL
MARKINGS (D-77-001-021/SF-001), will be automatically forwarded
to each bidder who requests the package identified as ATT 1 by
the Director SupplyChain Operations DSC, Printing Bureau. (DSCO
ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN A TIMELY MANNER NO LESS THAN TEN
(10) CALENDAR DAYS BEFORE CLOSING DATE OF THIS REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL.
The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated total price will
be recommended for award of a contract.
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
