The RCMP is potentially interested in leasing approximately 1500 sq. metres. of warehouse type space, with several enclosed offices, men’s and women’s washroom, fenced exterior compound, 24/7 access, and any other requirements to meet RCMP operational and security standards. Location must be within 10 Km of Highway 104 and 102 between the community of Debert and the city of Dartmouth, N.S. Potential term of five(5) years with a two(2) x one(1) year option to renew.
