Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into an Agreement with a Vendor for the purpose of providing lumber and related building materials, on an as-requested basis to Granville Island, in Vancouver B.C.
The lumber materials required are specialized for the repair and replacement of damaged and/or rotten wooden benches, boardwalks, guard rails, etc. The Vendor will provide all necessary lumber and related building materials in a timely manner and is responsible for the deliver to Granville Island during regular business hours.
The anticipate Term of the Agreement will be for five (5) years. The value of this service is not expected to exceed $200,000.00 CND, including all applicable taxes, for the term of the Agreement.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFQ document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PDT, on May 14, 2018.
