This Request for Proposal is being issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), for a Client Experience Platform (CXP) in support of the Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Programme.
PWGSC is seeking to award two separate contracts; one contract to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Publisher who will provide access to the Software-as-a-Service, cloud infrastructure, service operations, licensing, support and maintenance, and a separate task-based professional services contract to a System Integrator (SI) to configure and implement the CXP into production. Both Contractors must work in partnership to design, develop and implement the CXP.
