REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - HOMESTAY SERVICES
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to provide Homestay services (host families) to students in support of the Military Training Cooperation Program (MTCP). MTCP students are invited by Canada to receive either an English Language Teacher Training Course or a Basic Public Affairs Officer Course.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
The Bidder must meet the following mandatory criteria:
M1 The Bidder must have provided a range of Homestay services with a minimum of fifteen (15) host families simultaneously during at least four (4) consecutive weeks per year in two (2) of the last three (3) years.
The Homestay services provided must be similar to those in section 5 of the Statement of Work.
The Homestay services provided may be for more than one (1) client organization.
M2 The Bidder must provide and maintain a list of at least thirty-five (35) host families that meet all of the conditions listed in paragraph 5.6 of the Statement of Work.
The basis of selection will be the responsive Bidder that offers the responsive proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
DND reserves the right not to award a contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the Request for Proposal differ, the Request for Proposal will prevail.
